What the client wanted
A new tenant taking on a floor in an existing Bristol office block needed a full electrical installation from scratch. The existing wiring had been stripped back by the fit-out team, leaving a blank canvas for the electrical installation.
The client wanted a clean, modern exposed electrical finish, all cabling and conduit visible rather than hidden in the ceiling, similar in style to the Tobacco Factory. That means everything has to be installed neatly and precisely, because there's nothing covering it up.
What we did
We carried out the full electrical installation, including power, lighting, air conditioning supplies, fire alarm systems and emergency lighting. We also installed the electrical supply and connections for the kitchenette.
With an exposed finish, the routing and dressing of cables is as important as the installation itself. Every cable run was planned and installed to be both functional and neat.
Outcome
A fully certified commercial office installation with an industrial exposed finish, completed to allow the client to take occupation.
