Restaurant Electrical and Lighting Installation, Pizza Workshop, Bristol

What the client wanted

Pizza Workshop needed a full electrical installation for their new Clifton site, including a lighting system that gave staff simple control over the atmosphere throughout the day without complicated switching.

What we did

We carried out the complete electrical installation for the Clifton site from new. For the lighting we installed a NIKO lighting control system, which allows staff to set and adjust different scene settings from a single switch. Rather than managing multiple circuits individually, one button sets the right light level for the time of day.

At the North Street site we later installed a Philips Hue system to upgrade their existing lighting. The Philips Hue system is governed by time and sunset, so light levels adjust automatically as the day progresses.

Both installations were completed to a tight turnaround. With hospitality fit-outs, the clock starts as soon as the keys are handed over, so speed and precision matter.

Outcome

Two sites with lighting systems that work automatically and give staff simple, consistent control over the environment without any complicated switching.
