Office to Residential Conversion Electrical Installation, Bristol
What the client wanted
The clients had bought a four storey property just off Park Street that had been converted into offices in the 1980s and wanted to convert it back into a home. The building needed a complete electrical installation treating it as a new residential property rather than an office.
What we did
We carried out a full rewire of the entire building, installing all new cabling, data infrastructure, TV points and consumer unit. The clients also split the lower floors into a separate flat, so the installation covered two independent supplies within the same building.
Outcome
A fully rewired four storey property converted back into residential use, with a separate electrical installation for the basement flat.
